TULIP TIME IN PELLA - FIRST THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY  IN MAY - May 7, 8, & 9, 2009

Did you know that Tulip Time has 6 parades, 3 afternoon and 3 lighted evening parades. The best location for viewing parades and entertainment is the grandstands. Prior to the evening parades at 7:00 we celebrate Feesthouden. Special entertainment this year is -

Thursday evening: Flying Pans from Central College                                                                                                          

Friday evening: Youth Chorale from the Iowa Youth Chorus, sponsored by Vermeer Corporation in celebration of their 60th anniversary.                                                                                                       

Saturday evening: - Ritchie Lee & the Fabulous 50's- (Buddie Holly impersonator)

CLOSED .
Will open for large groups by  special arrangement*
  Mon. - Sat.
9 am - 5 pm  (Last tour begins at 4:00)

4th of July - Vermeer Mill & Mini Village tours from 10:00 - 2:00 - $5 adults, $2 children

Closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. *In 2008 Historical  Village and Mill will be closed during the months of January and February. Tours can be arranged by calling Bonnie at 641-620-9463.
